Request Submission via QR Code

In this article, you'll learn how to use our request system: scan a QR code, fill in essential fields, and attach images. Submit your request easily and receive an instant confirmation.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Scan the QR Code:

   • Use your mobile device's camera to scan the QR code, which will direct you to a link. Click on the link to continue.
     
2. Complete Required Fields and Submit Your Request:
   
1. Fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
   
2. You can attach images either from your device’s files or by taking new photos using your mobile device’s camera.
   
3. Once all the necessary information is filled in, click the "Send" button.
   
3. Successful submission:
   
1. After submitting your request, you will receive a message confirming that your submission was successful.
