How to Create QR Codes for Your Assets
In this article, you'll learn how easy it is to create QR codes for your assets. There are two methods to do this, and we'll guide you through each step.
Method 1:
Access the Asset Section:
- Click on "Asset".
- You can choose to select All assets, which includes both equipment and facilities, or you can select only Equipment or only Facilities. In this example, we will select specific assets from the Equipment section.
Select Your Assets:
- After making your selection, look to the upper right corner of the screen where you'll see an "Actions" button.

Generate QR Codes:
- Click the "Actions" button and then select the last option, "QR Code".
- The QR codes for the selected assets will be automatically downloaded. Typically, this file will be saved in the downloads folder on your computer.
Second method:
- Click on the "Assets" module.
- Click on the asset item; a new interface would be opened where all asset information would be displayed. At the top right, there would be a "action" button. Click and select the option shown as "QR code". The QR code(s) of assets would automatically be downloaded. This file is usually hosted in your computer's download folder.
